Winners of the competition will be selected and announced at a reception on 6 May during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seafoodexpo.com\/global\/\">Seafood Expo Global\/Seafood Processing Global<\/a> which will take place from 6 to 8 May 2025 at Fira de Barcelona\u2019s Gran Via venue in Barcelona, Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspired by the classic Latin American street food, Phillips empanadas are perfect for an appetizer or a lunch on the go. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phillipsfoods.com\/product\/seafood-zesty-lime-empanadas\/\"><strong>Phillips Seafood &amp; Zesty Lime Empanadas<\/strong><\/a> are packed with a blend of premium wild-caught shrimp and pollock accented by red bell peppers, peas and squash in a crisp, handmade pastry. Dill, lime and hot sauce add just a hint of heat. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phillipsfoods.com\/product\/crab-sweet-corn-empanadas\/\"><strong>Phillips Crab &amp; Sweet Corn Empanadas<\/strong><\/a> are loaded with premium wild-caught crab meat, red bell peppers, sweet corn and onion in a crisp, handmade pastry.
